    ... they follow you even when you say no. No matter, we walk straight towards the lovely cathedral, in total awe of the architecture of this place. And then you turn around and realise that there are alot of lovely buildings in this square. There is one that looks like the Arc de Triumph, a Museum space, and, off in the distance I can see a statue (sure its got to be someone old and famous, so worth a look later on).

    ... in the town square, on the sides of roads and under hotels. All very charming.
    After a morning coffee, we headed back to the hotel for lunch and a siesta. Later that afternoon we went for a walk about the streets near our hotel, and then ate a good Italian meal at a local restaurant. Finished the day with a gelato sitting by the lake, watching the boats bobbing about in the marina. A truly lovely day.

    ... be ready to take the plunge and commit. During our one short week in Vighignolo we have encountered quite a few characters but one particular character stood above the rest.     ... it, but found the tourists wandering around taking photo's during the service a bit offensive. Incense and Cardinals abounded and the choir and organ were an added treat. We could follow the service easily enough and we were sorry we missed the start.

    ... 130 KPH. He had no idea of where our hotel was as all his previous 1st Class passengers were checked in at the Four Seasons or Grand Hyatt, so thank God for GPS. Our driver found the Hotel Milano Navigli and quickly got rid of us as he didn't want to be seen in this graffiti covered area. (Milan embraces graffiti, goodness knows why.)
