... we headed off to bed to read a good book, satisfied we had made the big push through the midwest and now poised to head into Columbus to see my cousin, do some restocking of the larder (Sraddha found a Peet's Coffee store, hee hee) and, hopefully complete the engine service and tire rotation on CharLi, and even get Mr. Toad a bath.

This is the same KOA as last time, so there really isn't much new to say about the campground. There are more people here than last time.
Tonight we had Grandma's cheese and bean quesadillas for supper and they were delicious. Tomorrow should be a shorter ride because were headed to Cambridge, Ohio.

... was a lot nicer than the previous one. It had a nice small lake where you could fish and rent paddle boats, and a hiking trail or "nature trail" as they call it. The trail was probably about a mile and a half and was very nice and shady. I would definitely return to this campsite.

Anyway, the Rushville show was at a fairground lot also, we were finally on grass, and there was a Goodwill store walkable from the lot. All in all, a pretty perfect arrangement. There are houses bordering the fairgrounds and I kept wandering what it would be like to step out on your back porch and see tigers not 50 feet away from you.
