Over to the Long Term Car Park and we hit the Tullamarine only stopping for fuel and Maccas as we headed home. Kobe was very happy to see us as was Nan.

Well folks I hope you enjoyed my travel diary of Fiji 2014 - we have all had a great time in the Pacific Islands and we will return again once more. Someone start the countdown clock!

Up the road we stopped at Patak’s Supermarket which had wider aisles than the other ones in town and it seemed better value for money; even though some things are quite expensive. There Fiji Babies cost F$52 where down the road they cost an extra F$10 – so that represents good value for money; I put the slab into the suitcase for ease ...

... was not as exciting as I expected. That afternoon was mainly spent in the sea which was really nice and warm. We ate some yummy food again in the restaurant and then took a stroll along the beach to watch the sun set. Very handy having the hostel on the beach.

We were up fairly early the next day to head to the ferries to go to the islands, the weather had perked up a little but nothing major. Out first island was Waylailai. The beach was full of coral and rocks so ...

... s now a 15 min ride to Ellington's Wharf to catch the boat over to the Island, Martina gets on the phone to the Island to say we need picking up in 5 from the Wharf, big confusion they didn't think we were coming so have let the dorm, she does a lot of bargaining(she's good at this) and we are offered one bed in the dorm and three people in a tent for one night then we can have the dorm to ourselves, we accept as we have no where else to go and ...
