After the tour we had a beer at The Green Dragon, followed by lunch. It was pretty neat to see this movie set. When we come again, hopefully Bilbo Baggins will be in!

We are back to big city life in Auckland. The hotel is very nice and is close to the harbour. The Kiwis on the tour were all excited about the World Cup Cricket. New Zealand was in the semi- final against South Africa ...

We sussed out that a green intercity bus goes quite near our motel so decided to get it back and see how it worked out. It was 2$ to go anywhere on its route and what a modern bus. Single decker with an announcement with the details of each stop a TV giving the route and where the bus is at anytime and then it gives the 5 day weather forecast and snippet of news. For 2$ I was very impressed. There is ...

... for requests we just looked at her like we didn't understand her lol. So as you can see our journey to bali and arrival was not a great one.. Our view on nz: we really enjoyed the South Island more than the North. The diversity of the views, it really is picturesque. Maybe a bit cold for us as the one " summer" morning was 9.5 degrees getting to a high of 20. B really enjoyed the climate though, for once he wasn't dripping :) it is a very family orientated place. We really ...
