    ... freaking cold out. Next stop Venetian to see the gondolas that run through the resort. Eh. On to the classic car collection at the LinQ hotel. I had picked up a rum slushie at Fat Tuesday, so they would not let me in with it... Oh darn... Had to sit outside sipping my rum while Mike looked at cars...a good day indeed! Luckily we were thirsty when we stopped at the Coca-Cola world ...

    ... We finally made it to Chilliwack on the 22nd after staying in Madison Wisconsin, Rapid City South Dakota, Bozeman Montana, and Spokane Washington, and of course with my car overheating in the border line up! And... the very next day... we secured an awesome condo to rent in Port Coquitlam when we get back in March, which was amazing and relieving!

    ... Conservation Area was our first venture into Nevada's landscape.

    The thirteen mile drive through the canyon takes you on a one-way road, that makes a loop around the fantastic red sandstone formations. There are frequent overlook areas to stop and view the wild horses and donkeys and other wildlife. We didn't see any, of course, but the scenery ...
