That took up most of the morning. We returned to the apartment for lunch. It was a let's use up whatever we have left lunch. This meant tuna mixed with lemon yogurt served on avocado halves with a side of broccoli and a taste of chicken. We also had some beer and wine that needed to be consumed.

Thursday 29th-Tuesday 3rd This week me and Matt drove up to Noosa at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast for a long overdue catch up. Noosa is one of my favourite spots in Australia and has beautiful beaches, native bush, river front million dollar real estate and a laid back resort atmosphere.
