Days 10 to 11: Mragowo
The first thing we realised when we departed for this little lakeside town was that we'd made a bit of a hash of our bus timetables. With the bus onward to Lithuania only departing 3 days per week (& we had the wrong day in our itinerary) our 2 day stay in Mragowo turned into an overnighter as we needed to leave again almost immediately for Vilnius.

My new German middle-aged beer loving Enfield friends have done just that and then drove their machines all the way back to München - Maybe I should have done that too..be it to Amsterdam...alas never happened but I can still reminisce with them about India on an Enfield!!! ...
A Russian morning enhancer
... herbivore fodder, forests full with weirdly colored butterflies and just plain old whitties, mosquitoes a-plenty hell bent on my Dutch blood, huge empty tracts of land under a clear blue sky - I really don`t need to be worried about my laundry back at the camping.
