Thursday was a transit day. We collected the rental car, then took a ferry to Fredeikshavn in Denmark. It only took 3 1/2 hours to get there, then a couple of hours drive to the small village of Klim, just near Fjerritslev. We settled into our nice hotel room, then went for a short drive down to the beach - bit disappointing by Oz standards - lots of pebbles, some sand, flat surf.
