... bottle recycling! Many supermarkets have a red machine with a hole.....in which you put used plastic bottles. In return you get a printed ticket which you then take to the checkout and they give you cash. A used fanta bottles pays about 1 to 2 Kroner (10-20p). ... again to do another mediocre performance. The female half really cannot sing; she has an annoying breathy voice instead of singing the notes clearly. The male half plays the guitar but most of the music comes from backing tracks, so there’s not much musical skill required. Nonetheless I suppose they provide some background music if you fancy getting up for a bop.

... lesund - final leg of this part of the trip. Bus journey took about 2 hours to get there. It wasn't annoying however the trip was pleasant. No problem or having issues.Arrived Ålesund, and I noticed the town is art nouveau - pretty buildings. There's few modern looking contemporary buildings around. Mel and I decided to go for a walk around the town. Bummer the shops is closed..closed at 5pm! Drat we need some snacks & water for tomorrow's day ...

We arrived at 8 in the morning and were off the ship shortly after. Walking down the deck we came upon a 47 metre yacht, Hyperion, absolutely beautiful. Lyn said I couldn't bring it home!
