Today I had another morning flight so had to be up early again to be at the train station to get to the airport. I was flying to Bergen but rather than a direct flight I chose one that made a stop in the coastal town of Alesund.

We took the bus north on the great Atlantic road, a recently built road connecting many islands with bridges that has become on of the top tourist attractions of Norway.
