      To and Huget both had to go to work, so we had a slow start and then drove to Holland! Maastricht, home of André Rieu! Had a lovely day walking around the two market squares, the food and clothes market stalls and then had lunch watching the people walk by. No churches, museums or art galleries today.       ... master tells us that their market day is on Wednesdays. So we seem out of luck for sightseeing. Afie-the-shopper is disppointed, except that she found plastic punchos, which is the start of a stragegy in this weather.

      ... I assumed they spoke either French or German. All day I was confused! Anyway, I went to the bathroom at one point and on my way back to my seat I got lost. Stupid me, right!?
