... we headed back up the steps and did the Little Creek Loop Trail. We stopped at the Canoe Camp for one last view of the Cape Fear River and then headed back, skipping the spur trail to the Group Camp. Along the way back, the Little Creek Loop Trail follows its namesake creek and was another particularly scenic section of trail. We picked a good weekend to visit. Veteran's Day Parade
We were a bit nervous heading to Fayetteville after our adventure on Fort Bragg. We were not sure what we were in store for....more traffic or who knows. What we have discoverd is that the area is undergoing a lot of road construction. That was some of our problem yesterday. Fort Bragg Adventure
... a u-turn, but, somehow we made it to the commissary and base exchange. By that time we were exhausted and not sure how we were liking Fort Bragg!
