The day has finally come!!!! We've been so excited for long. Neither of us got much sleep last night. We woke up at 3 am and Maggie drove us to the airport. Jason thought he would stay up all night and he cracked open a bottle of wine that I made him drink himself. We had a lot of fun packing for our trip too. We were both so giddy and excited to go. It was so cute seeing Jason ...

... of North-West America seeing the best of the wildlife. The scenery has been epic, yet much of the encounters have been extraordinarily intimate, seeing the bears and the whales getting on with life at close quarters. T here are not many who get the chance to see such sights, and experience life in the raw so far from the artificiality that is the norm for so many of us. It will live long in the memory along with the 10,000 images!
