I think we are all ready now - just minutes from leaving for the airport. We are meeting our travel companions - Dave, Fay and Gemma at the airport. So far our flight seems good from Amsterdam to Nairobi. They have been cancelled for the last 2 days because of the fire that destroyed the international terminal in Nairobi. Don't know how often the posts will be as we will not always have connectivity.
Everyone managed to get up at 5 am and get out the door and to the Whitehorse airport on time. Can't believe Air Canada cuts off check-ins 45 mins ahead of departure in Whitehorse. Anyway, the flight was fine. We arrived in Vancouver and took the Canada Line down to Waterfront Station.
