    ... a small part in like California girls and some Dr Dre stuff. He hardly played any of his songs, which meant his set was pretty average. He was high out of his brains anyway.

    ... I needed to do to know I can do anything I want if work hard and stay focused. I also learned that I have a incredible group of friends and supporters who give me the strength to keep going. Driving alone for so long gave me a lot of time to think and reflect on where I started and where I am now--which is exactly where I am supposed to be.

    ... to prove it (Parliament, Supreme Court, National Gallery) there are also plenty of open green spaces, a canal and a river. I think it helped the cause that most of the aforementioned green spaces are full of tulips right now, for Ottawa is coming to the end of its annual Tulip Festival. Apparently I like tulips. They certainly feature in a lot of my photographs.

    ... br> Lunch was at a pub in Ashton. Carrie had made reservations which was a good thing as the pub quickly filled up. Nia wanted to sit beside Foster and Kendra and Ruby wanted to sit beside Foster and Barbara. We managed this very well and the girls had a blast. Nia ordered a pogo and fries and Ruby chicken fingers, no fries, carrots and apple juice. Nia ate everything including Peter's extra piece of fish, Ruby had her chicken fingers.

    Woke up at Nats cottage and did a pretty serious amount of cleaning.
