    The Big Day!!

    After squeezing in a few last minute rides like Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain (which Connor was big enough to ride and LOVED!) we headed over to find a spot for the parade. After the parade they had a "Celebrate the Magic" show where they projected images onto Cinderella's Castle. It was AMAZING! This may have been my favorite part of the day. The pictures don't do it justice.

    The kids were so well behaved all day and more or less lasted ...

    ... at the parks. Universal also has some not so great rides/experiences as well though and it also doesn’t have a back lot tour like at California as it isn’t the movie making studio. Royal Pacific was great to stay at seeing it is so close to the park, yes it was pricey but worth it for a splurge. I was also able to stock up on good bath products for the rest of my trip!

    ... getting on the road again the next day. There must have been a total of 20 attractions and rides completed in the day. The favourites were Splash Mountain - flume ride (x5) closely followed by Buzz Lightyear and the Thunder Mountain and Seven Dwarfs roller coasters. Rapunzel and Cinderella were met and the Fantasyland parade, which involved all the princesses and traditional Disney characters, saw the girls get high fives and compliments from a number ...
