    Ondanks de vermoeidheid toch vroeg wakker geworden. Het is al warm in de kamer! Na een ontbijtje in het hotel (scrambled eggs, geroosterd brood, muffins en zelf te bakken wafels, jus, fris en thee), nog even zwemmen en voor het eerst op pad.     Eindelijk zijn we vertrokken naar de USA! Om 9.00 uur haalt Koen ons op, die op Schiphol werkt, en rond kwart voor tien lopen we de vertrekhal binnen.
