Peace out Edmo! Always way too over-zealous and get to the airport much too early, so I still have like an hour to kill before boarding and I'm listening to animal collective and trying to read a book my mom got me but I can't stop thinking about pork buns they have at wok box. PORK BUNS! Or cookies by George. But I need to remind myself that diarrhea on the plane is really not ideal. It is working. That is all for now, Xoxo gossip ...

Heathrow is a weird airport...I was having recollections...the signage kinda sucks....but I managed to find the lobby....and they do not tell you your gate...until one hour ...

... all full. But something to keep in mind for future trips maybe... There was a huge black cloud ahead of us for a long way and it finally did rain. We saw a really clear and bright rainbow. When we got into Calgary following the rain, the transmission started acting up once again...we opted to just drive it home and park...and the rig is sitting out front waiting for Ron to see if it will start...and so the saga ...

... with her too! Top tip when you're racking your race shoes - bring a pair of jandals. Ooops - note to self for Friday and Monday's races... Graeme was timed to go at 1.30pm and as usual I was more jittery about him being organised than he was. A kind of beach start in a man-made, cleaned up, chlorinated lake in the middle of town. Entry and course marking was fine - the swim exit markings weren't that great. A lot of people heading ...
