We were running late coming into London due to the slow traffic on the 401, but it didn't matter because my younger brother, John, and his fiance, Sabine, were caught in it too, so no one had started to eat the turkey feast, and the spread of desserts my parents had laid out for us. My parents, my older brother, Noel, and his girlfriend warmly greeted us after we rang the doorbell. They hadn't changed as much as the city. I noticed heavy development as we drove through south London. More cond...

... The gils spent the morning on the swings and playing in the leaves that Monique and Simone had raked up. We went through the corn maze, the kids had a go on the cow train and then we bought some pumpkins on the way home. The girls all got to carve their own pumpkins which they loved. That night we had a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner of Turkey, stuffing and vegetables. It was fantastic.

We decide to take the girls to Niagara ...

London, Ontario, Canada nobert10 pm

What a day. Oh man. We crossed the river/ Canadian border at about noon. Then we spent the next 6 hours wondering what the he'll we were doing in Canada. At least I did. The wind was in our faces the whole time, the sky was filled with clouds leading us to believe that it could rain at any second, the towns were all bogus and lame, and the roads were ****.

Then about 70 miles into the day after this fifteen mile straight wind tunnel road of ...
Saint Thomas, Ontario, Canada americanpoet... to the Bahamas with Tom and Denise so we discussed our trips but eventually they reminisced and generally made fun of each other. We really had a fun evening and lots of laughs! Our motorhome was still parked in Niagara Falls so we decided to return there via the scenic route along the north shore of Lake Erie from Port Stanley to Port Colborne. The 200km drive took us over 8 hours. We stopped at every scenic view and historical marker along ...
London, Ontario, Canada jimcabay... closed, on a Monday!!! Go figure???!! Although I did manage to bike a fair distance around town which was a good change to actually expend some energy after lazing around the previous days just looking around at things (since I couldn't go inside because they were mostly shut!!). Even the campground was dodgy! I had previous experience with his "chain campground" KOA and it has been really clean, good amenities and while a bit ...

Like the rest of you, I've grown fed up with mass emails, and am doing my small part to save the whales by not propogating the problem. Instead, as I travel, I intend to post on this site. What will I ...
