I have stayed at a variety of hotels over the last 3 months. The Radisson and Park hotels (both the same chain) have always been of a high standard and suited my budget perfectly. The Radisson Blu Media City is about 10km from Dubai. Fortunately taxi fares in Dubai are quite reasonable but I guess that some of the money we have saved on the room has gone on taxi fares.

morning to catch the plane to London tomorrow. I cannot wait to hear those

But then we have also looked through the older areas where the every day people live and it is much different to the flashy new areas. Food costs about the same as what we would pay at home. The people dress differently over here. The clothing is very conservative and lots of the ladies wear the full black ...

... side you have buildings bigger and more modern than New York and Canary Warf put together. This place is the home of the wealthy! When you walk the streets you are bound to hear the roar of a Ferrari or Lamborghini.

The first day we went to Yas water park in Abu Dhabi, with 43 exhilarating water rides to choose from this was not to be missed! The sun was blazing at 31 degrees so we slapped on some factor 30 and headed for the super high water flumes. Not ...
