    Good Out of Town Hotel

I have stayed at a variety of hotels over the last 3 months. The Radisson and Park hotels (both the same chain) have always been of a high standard and suited my budget perfectly. The Radisson Blu Media City is about 10km from Dubai. Fortunately taxi fares in Dubai are quite reasonable but I guess that some of the money we have saved on the room has gone on taxi fares.

... is really confusing and the way the airline served meals definitely didn't help, but hopefully I can manage to get some more sleep since it's night time here now, and will be morning when we get there tomorrow (rather than this first flight where we left at night on 1/2 and got to Dubai at night on 1/3). Wifi so far has been spotty but I'll try to give another update when I can! ...

It was so indulgent to swim up to the bar of the infinity pool where you look out over the short distance of sea to the Palm. We made sure we ...

... to yourself on a 10 hour flight isn't too bad at all!

Took quite a while to get through customs at Perth just because of the volume of people trying to pass through but grabbed bags quickly and recognised Chris and Julie waiting for us just inside arrives!

It has been lovely to see them again, still look the same as how I remembered them! Lovely house so just showering and then a few beers in the garden! ...
