    Shark Diving!

A travel blog entry by whitworm on Jun 22, 2015

... It was about 12 ft. long! The guide told us whoever got in the wetsuits first went down first, so naturally, I went in the first cage. 5 people could fit in the cage at a time. Elyse, Brady, and I were the first to get in from our group. The cage was attached to the side of the boat. We got in with a wet suit and face mask. Our heads were above the water until the guide yelled "down". That's when we would submerge ourselves and see the sharks underwater. It was ...

Other striking features of the mountain are Devil's Peak and Lion's Head. On the back of the mountain range on the other side from Cape Town harbour, is a beautiful formation called the twelve apostles. I didn't get to see that.

loved it! I’ll return with my boyfriend, he has to see that place.

Around 4 pm they took me back to waterfront so I could meet

we could capture all the different views. It was so nice!

When we finished we called our driver ...

... of a mum already haha. She like plays with my hair as if she's a hair dresser and acts like she's all older and mature it's so cute. Thsepo - this little boy is very different to the others. I've talked about him a bit - the one with big cheeks and is so quiet. The other day he even got hit in the face with a brick by my teachers kid and didn't scream but looked away and had tears rolling down his cheeks. It looked so painful the poor kid! So I ...

... curry in a very unique manner. Basically you get a massive pancake like thing which acts as your plate. The curry is placed on top of this and you rip the pancake thing apart and pick your food up with it! Interesting?! 7 of us all squeezing into the back of a taxi we arrived home in one piece very much ready for bed!

Today we decided to have a slightly more chilled day....we spent the whole day walking around Cape Town. Thats the beauty of this city, its ...
