    ... loving the meals I recall so fondly from 20 (!) years ago. Brynn loved the dirty rice, Annie loved the ribs, and Katie loved the smoked sausage. On the road with full tummies, we were back on I-10 east. The girls slept soundly for 90 minutes and somehow we'd all magically digested our lunch enough to be ready for drive-thru milkshakes for snack.     We left hot humid New Orleans to begin our trip up the Mississippi, and after collecting another car, we drove via Baton Rouge to this quaint parish as they call it St. Francisville.     ... of the smaller side canals off the Grand Canal and carry up to about 8-10 passengers. These vessels were generally equipped with outdrives. I only had one opportunity to see into the engine compartment and noted a VW engine. I suspect other types of engines are used as well. The taxis has very classy lines and most were solid white.
