Well, our long awaited trip is finally here! We anticipate leaving home tomorrow by 6:30am with our first night's rest in St. Clair, MO. We will then travel to Elk City, OK for night #2 and our 3rd night will be in Grants, NM.

We had a wonderful day with a morning visit to Richard's daughter, Amy, who has cerebral palsy and spends her work days at a wonderful facility called the Pieters Life Center. From there, we headed west on Route 90 traveling along the NY State Thruway, down Route 271 to the Ohio Route 80 interstate. Enough about roads.

... to hunt down a plug and sit in public to play. I was disappointed... I really wanted to bring a piano. I even hunted some goodwill stores looking for a battery operated keyboard, but no luck. At least I have the Ukulele.
