      ... on this one so having found seats and settled on we were turfed out of those seats by people boarding at the next station. The rightful owners of the seats were two well dressed men and they did not take kindly to finding two western women occupying their seats. We then stood for an hour or so as there were only a vey few free seats all in carriages with reserved seats. We were not allowed by the guards to sit in the aisles because of blocking them.       ... to be outside because I worked up a sweat just going around the 1km or so just twice. Mr. Tamura said it wasn't a very good day for cross country skiing because it was a little warm, but I am glad I know where it is and can go back for the next month. Also worth mentioning is that the whole thing is free and is provided by the city hall; Boots, skis, poles and even gloves if you need them.

      Saturday was a rest day after my sightseeing trip with dad. I managed to procrastinate in going to the store long enough so that when I finally had to go because we needed stuff for dinner, it was dark, cold and rainy. Serves me right.
