I attended a cooking class at the Sydney Seafood School and learned how to not only cook some tantalizing Spanish dishes but also how to clean mussels, squid and prawns.     ... the perfect location with no wifi and sites not set up as well as they could be but it has been very relaxing for sure and we even spied turtles at the docks (Denis saw more than me and one big one he says) and fish jumping (most likely the carp that a fisher informed Denis were the fish around the docks-- not good eating as bottom feeders) and geese with lots of goslings.
