... will know that I don't care for shopping. I reluctantly shop for clothes and hate shopping in supermarkets. To my amazement this 'French' supermarket had me almost hysterical with pleasure and I was like a child in a toy shop. My experience of Spanish supermarkets has not been good, most of the towns had a Lidl but they had limited stock and not always of the best quality, so it was wonderful to find a huge selection of food in France and I ...

... sense of direction and all of their manners. They can see you walking with a toddler, they can certainly hear the toddler, so what to they do? They try and climb over you...or worst still they mistake you for f*cking automatic doors. That said, the museum was actually a real pleasure. Duilhac Village Aire. Right underneath The beautiful Chateau Peyrepertuse. Languedoc Region. Best Aire so far in every way. Having enjoyed a very peaceful night with a temp drop down to 13.C we move on as I still don't feel up to any biking today. It's a day to chill and relax. Clive has an amazing knack of finding great places. We have arrived at this one. An Aire right below the Chateau, delightful scenery all around us. Tomorrow we take the tough walk up on the GR 361 to the ...

We eventually came across it and joined the long queue of people waiting to buy tickets and get in. On our way we'd walked past the queue-less e-ticket window and thought damn. We stood in the queue considering whether to go back to our hotel, go online, buy tickets and then come back again. But what if in our absence everybody ...

Day 11. Sunday 10th May 2015. Felines -Termenes.

Still in Languedoc Region. Aire not signed and nearly missed. Great Aire. Spotless toilet with loo papar! Water and loo emptying. But waste diff. Drain at entrance to reverse over. Now it's not the done thing to say that a holiday can be pants at times but today is just that. After a great days initial riding Clive mentioned Biorhythms. "You have a double crossover". Some of you know I take note of such things and the Dog chasing episode (physically bad) last evening ...
