Caught plane from Porto to Madrid as I found out there are no direct buses or trains and I would need to go back to Porto which would take ages and got a cheap Ryan Air flight for 30 Euro.
Miguel Angel hostel was ok - great location …

... with others to follow. Nick did well to find a cheap deli, stuffed croissants, lattes, red wine and beer all €1- sadly we have never been out of the place since !!!

We are now making our way by coach to Valencia followed by a little beach holiday in Sitges before we start to make our way through the South of France.....

We had such an amazing experience in Madrid that we decided to give the city a well-deserved rating of 9/10.
