... castle rather than a Venetian scene, and quite a few others. Anyway, that was good, but quite tiring, so we went to find somewhere to eat and drink...and stumbled into a popular looking place on a side street - the bar was packed, so we decided to actually sit properly at a table (there were a couple of tables free at that stage) and they said something which we gathered was that we had to eat rather than just ...

They are huge and have several sections to them, including a Chrystal Palace (a very attractive glass house), and the main feature, Monument to Alfonso XII. We are taking our first rest day - we only did about 7k today and then took naps. Amazing. Next we are cooking dinner with our new friend, Danielle, from Holland. Some of the cool people I've met include Gerda from Holland. She is walking the Camino at age 72! ...

... puppets out of paper and had a puppet show for the whole neighborhood, and had to pass out lots of tickets so that everyone could see. After the puppet show we went back to the pool (the 5th time today!), with Nora, Gael, Fernando, and Santy.

After the pool I had a bath with Olivia, finished my book, and now I'm writing this… and aunt Gilly is helping a bit.
