... nice to see a little bit of contrast—and there’s a great view of the surrounding neighborhoods and vast forests to the west. Now with daylight, I scurry around taking as many pictures as I can before I have to head back to the airport… the theatre district, the Plaza de Espana, the magnificent Communications building… all sorts of architectural gems packed into the downtown area… And with that, my exhausting but very satisfying all night tour of Madrid comes to an ...

It was really cold to start with, probably 10o-12o compared to the mid 20's that I have been used to in Valencia. However by the time I got back an hour later the sun had come out and the ...

... puppets out of paper and had a puppet show for the whole neighborhood, and had to pass out lots of tickets so that everyone could see. After the puppet show we went back to the pool (the 5th time today!), with Nora, Gael, Fernando, and Santy.

After the pool I had a bath with Olivia, finished my book, and now I'm writing this… and aunt Gilly is helping a bit.
