Just found an empty blister pack of Tardyferon on the ground whilst reaching for a pencil. Never heard of it before. According to Pharmacy1010.com, this drug "restores blood haemoglobin and lost iron resource in human body."

...went to the bar and ate dinner. This was a cheese sandwich, crisps, cake and Coke. Bed.

After waking up and dressing I lay down for the run-in to Lisbon. Next ...

7 dias ... 7 dias é o que nos separa do inicio da nossa grande Aventura :-) ... Novos sitios, pessoas, culturas, gastronomia :-) ... claro ...para quem nos conhece sabe bem que não escolhemos os nossos destinos ao acaso ... uma gastronomia variada acompanhada por uma boa adega, fazem as delicias deste jovem casal :-)))
