        This was our last day in Cozumel, so the night before we packed our luggage and woke up early, as we were on the diving boat at 9am.         First of all a very happy birthday to our youngest nephew Ryan, hope you got all the messages we sent on Facebook, whatsapp and text, and on here. Love you sunshine and its still your birthday here for another hour and a half xxx Ok, so did anyone spot the not so deliberate mistake yesterday? Day 16 rather than day 12?         ... see. He finally broke the eggs purposefully on the grill and cooked them up and added them to the rice combo and then started cooking up our selections.

        He made us some miso soup to eat while he cooked. When he was finished he set all the things we picked on our plates and we enjoyed them all. The salmon was my absolute favourite. It was cooked perfectly but was a little crispy on the outside. It was soooo good!

        ... situation. I was also accosted the 2nd night of our stay, late at night by the then maintenance man. I can hold my own, but it was a hairy few minutes.
        Landlord hasn't been willing to return our deposit, which was legally ours, when we opted to not extend our initial 3 months stay.
        But all that has changed. We are in a new apartment, signed the lease of our restaurant, and will be open in less than a week.
