      Our first lie in was bliss, still woke up early but had breakfast and a cuppa tea in bed and got out at 9am. I gave my nan a quick call to check up on the cats, a 5 minute phone call that cost $24, don't think I'll be making too many of those!       ... at 5 PM so we decided to jump the free loop bus, up to St Johns Cathedral and failed to find the MacArthur museum but was incredibly tempted to shell out for a new Apple laptop but reality hit and we walked out deeply unsatisfied before heading to the Christmas panto in the middle of King George Square. Some fantastic acting with a special Guest appearance by the Lord Mayor and Santa all built up to the turning on of the Christmas lights in Brisbane centre.

      Unfortunately the easiest way to Bangkok was to fly to Sydney, overnight, then fly Syd-BKK in the morning. That way I could meet up with my mate Phil and travel with him to Bangkok.       ... for a 6 hour and 10 minute filet for a Singapore stop over. The airhostess on the plane were every perlite the food was ok but airline food never is the best. I landed in Singapore 4:10pm right on time. I waited 3 hours and 25 mins for my flight to Delhi I had an early dinner in the food court then waited to be called.
