Up and on the road by 8am today, with over 600km to cover. We are headed for Ballarat today and then a short run into Melbourne tomorrow. There is still some wind around and quite gusty at times. ... Thankfully, the little old guy who owns and runs the place with his wife came out. Then it got a bit more interesting
as he introduced us to a number of the birds and let us hold and play with them. That was pretty cool but still not worth $60 so that was a little disappointing, I’m sure if would have been great in its day and when the caretakers were sub 80!

... for AGES!!! We went to get our bags and started to walk to the front gate. It is freezing, my fingers hurt, my legs are cold, EVERYTHING IS COLD!
