Yesterday, Charlie and I went up to Hosmer Lake with the boat. Got there early and onto the lake. It is lake with a lot of reeds and water leaves, much more than when we were here 2 years ago. ... program.  And we enjoyed well earned snacks and a beer (for Lanton and I) in the lodge. We then headed to Bend, Oregon where we stayed at a McMenamem's brew pub and hotel. It was an old catholic school converted into a hotel.  It was really neat.   We enjoyed dinner there, took the kids to the soaking pool. Some campsites such as ours in Bend don’t have sewer hook-ups but have a dump site on location … If you stay long enough you have to dump your tanks … you need to pack up your RV and move the rig to the dump site then return it to your original campsite … and re-setup your camp … Well, Charlie got a new gray Poop Wagon … it holds twice as much poop as his old blue poop wagon … it is a little ...

We drove on towards Bend and stayed at LaPine State Park - beautiful old growth forest and a fast flowing river that boasts the best fly fishing for miles...
