Just a few days before we depart and all the final preparations are under way. This has to be my least favourite part of the journey, deciding exactly what to pack and what not to. The problem here, is that, as mentioned in the first post we have no definitive itinerary and thus no idea what we may need. I forgot to say that guess who the wally was who left a bottle of water in their bag going through security. Yep that was me. they were nice though but they did have to swab my bag to make sure there were no drugs in it. Luckily the myriad of drugs are all prescribed but I do have a small pharmacy with me to cover all eventualities. So far I've taken so travel sickness pills and some beta blockers so ...

Right foot is just painful all over. No matter where you touch. So I just concentrate on walking and forget about the pain. Lots of pain so lots of gain?
The walk is flat, nice and gentle. As I know each step is bringing this adventure to an end I'm just enjoying more stops and a gentle stroll.
