    Non Travel Day

It had stopped raining overnight but the sky was still
overcast and thankfully the creek has receded somewhat, but it is still over its banks. Because it was cloudy this morning Valerie and Sue went shopping while Jack and Al stayed home to
relax. In the afternoon we went back up to the ...

we spent the evening catching up on what has happened since we last saw them.

As a woman who didn’t grow up in the circus world but who now lives it 24 hours a day, I’ve been trying to find my own place here. Granted, on my own, I would never have ended up here because this started out as John’s dream and I agreed to support him in following it. Along the way, it’s been difficult, but it’s slowly become my world also. ...

    ... Love that!

We also had a random local guy arrive on his unicycle and juggle on the midway during intermission. He later bought a ticket for the second show, but it was kind of fun to see him doing a little bit of entertaining before he saw the show.

John and Oscar ran to the store today to buy some hardware and pieces for some of John’s props. As I mentioned in a previous post, he has to rework his bigger props ...
