... the restaurant, it was decided we had maybe gone the wrong way, so we turned around, and went back the 6 miles and carried on in the opposite direction from the hotel for 8 miles, still no restaurant. We will have a "Be My Guest Lunch" featuring local ingredients and delicately arranged on Simon Pearce's beautiful stem and flatware. Later, we will delve into the art and science of glassblowing before continuing to the picturesque village of Ludlow and our mountain retreat.
