Thank you to Kirk's parents who drove over from their visit ...

Today was a lot of fun and I can hardly keep my eyes open. First we got up and sat outside to enjoy the morning air and the beautiful view of the river. We helped Sam secure his dock, and he let me drive his boat to help him. Then, he took me on a boat tour of the islands they are rebuilding in the middle of the river. On the ride we saw an eagle, and he told me that eagles are actually ...

... I pulled all of Wendi's gear out and I was warm.
It took us over an hour to get across the bridge to the states and through customs. We were glad it was 59 and not 80 degrees. This is not easy going that slow on motorcycles. On the downhill side of the bridge, we turned our bikes off and just rolled car-length-by-car-length. Made it thru though. We are now settling down in Lansing, Michigan for the night. We expect to get to Missouri by tomorrow evening.
