It had large buildings, parks, shopping centres ( like London ). We found an evening antique market in a park which was great but we never bought a thing! ... The city is a UNESCO heritage site because of its 18th century architecture and there are many picturesque views of the city and river. It was also nice being in a city again as Monflanquin is a small village surrounded by numerous other beautiful medieval villages.

... Versailles but it was neat to see. We didn't arrived into Bordeaux until dinner time so there wasn't much time to do anything. I had a great French meal in a cute seafood restaurant.
