      ... and not hard to look at either. Although, that lovey feeling quickly fades as he tells you what he has planned! I'm joking (only if he is reading this!). The workout involved a lot of running, push ups, burpees, and squats. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot. We always end with a dip in the water and some time to play in the waves.       We was up early again to day, 5.30 the alar went off for a day of travelling, we went and had breakfast then checked out the bat didn't get there until 7 and we was sat on it for 2hours before we even started heading back to Phuket!       Big boating ,canoeing and swimming in caves,We were taken all the way up to James Bond island, then, we island hopped all the way down the bay of Islands , stopping for caving inside some of these monoliths, inside tunnels you can't even see from the outside, unless your a local and know where to look. This place is one of the wonders of the world! It is breathtakingly beautiful!
