A travel blog entry by knightc on Nov 12, 2014

Our RV toilet has been leaking slightly for some time. Last year we paid a repairman to "fix" it but it has continued to leak off and on, lately to a greater extent. Today Bob decided to fix the problem once and for all. He TOTALLY disassembled the toilet and had to turn off our water for the duration of the repair.

We needed to wash the pieces of the toilet in a tap at the back of our site. I wish I had taken a picture of Bob sitting ...

He did all sorts of old familiar tunes, and we sang and danced like crazy! I even did the line dances and dances that someone leads us through the steps. His Bl-Elvis (black Elvis!) ...

... when I moved my finances to Marc. A quick stop at the bread store and home. Busy morning for both of us! Did some packages for Phil’s kids and postcards to friends and then went to play pool----but they put new carpet in the pool room yesterday and the parts of the 3 pool tables are scattered throughout the room. I sure hope they have a professional to put them together and get them ready for play! Later today I ripped up, measured and replaced the quarter-round ...

... but not much as I plan to leave here on the 24nd for Oregon. I need to do a thorough housecleaning before I leave. The windows and the screens for the front are all in and next Thur all will be put in! Yeah-though I won’t be here long to enjoy them! Later in the day I showered and drove to AJ to Chili’s to meet Ro and Wayne for dinner. Had a great time and talked a long while. They are going to Colorado later this week and will be there a couple of ...
