Molly is the newest addition to the family - a chocolate lab and springer spaniel mix - she was a rescue from a local shelter. She is about 1 1/2 years old and has been a real joy. Like all labs she loves to carry things around the house in her mouth, she's very friendly, loves to cuddle ...
East Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States tmdjGrand Rapids, MI... I have nothing to say really. It decided to start raining like crazy the minute we crossed the Michigan border. Needless to say, I didn't feel like exploring much in the rain. But, our show went well, we had an excellent crew in a great space, so I can't really complain. I just hope Michigan gets a bit better.
Holland, Michigan, United States wheresmollyWell, this is just a welcome to my newly-formed travel blog. I've been in Holland for most of the summer, and I am going home in a day and a half to spend the next two weeks with my family. Holland has been good for me... I don't think I could have spent another summer working at my high school job in Red Wing. But hey, who says you can't go home?
I'm taking a photography class right now in the hope it will enable me to take better pictures on our travels (and any other time I pick up a camera). This one ends in mid-February, at which point I will sign up for the next class, "Travel Photography". I should be done with that one just before our trip. Great timing! Thanks for telling me about ...

The pictures of the apartment, building and area look very nice, I hope we're not disappointed upon arrival (I doubt we will be). The couple that owns the apartments seem very nice and get very good reviews from previous renters. There's a washing machine in the apartment, which is one of the reasons we're ...

A cute, young, chipmunk-cheeked blonde, Janelle Dykstra, who has poetry on the internet, was the judge. She read the two entries and declared victory to: "The Obese Pigeon ...
