Said goodbye to everyone as I was going to head out before the dawn the next day. am said she wanted to give me $25 for gas and I said thank-you as the family had already done alot for me. A fast walk in Lynchburg, nice houses. It was the second richest town during the civil was, as a local informed us. Off the highway, "Blue Ridge Parkway" road through the national park (again ok but not anything apecial), Floyd, Sparta, where we went to a bluegrass concert, with all the people (cowboys kind of thing) were dancing like in the movies. Sleep outside Abington, in a highway motel again.
