... were celebrating anniversaries, birthday, or on a special date. As I was alone, I got to observe everything happening. It was such a quaint little place with fantastic wine and great seafood, oh, and they played Frank Sinatra&#8212;it couldn&#8217;t get better than that! I did see the most romantic thing ever though! A couple was celebrating something and the man had roses, a card, and a gift delivered to the restaurant as they were ...

5pm<br><br>South of the Border is this rediculous stop on I 95 just south of the South Carolina and North Carolina border. Hence the name. Anyway, they have huge dinasour statues, gift shops, and terrible food. I have been wanting to check it out all summer and I'm stoked I finally did. I bought a bag some nic nacs and a tank top. Tyler got a blanket. <br><br>We didn't take any pictures. It just wasn't that kind of a visit.

... up at this very awesome bar with fish nets and stuffed fish on the walls called The Salty Nut.  Thpogh the name didn't match the decor, it seemed like a fun place. <br><br>After a beer or two Ty and I realized that every guy in the bar had tan cacky shorts.  Tyler had frayed cargo shorts and I was wearing jean shorts.  We aparently didn't recieve the memo.<br><br>We didn't stay out too long.  

... and friendly? Well I really don't think that the metered parking scam is very nice at all!!! In the words of Stephanie Tanner, "How Rude!"<br><br>Either way, we laughed it off and had some yummy calamari and spring roll appetizers at the Liberty Tap Room &amp; Grill. When we got back to the hotel, the front desk had soft, gooey chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies which ended the night on a sweeter note.<br><br>

Up at the crack of dawn today, and drove through to South Carolina. We stayed with friends from NH that recently moved down south. It was great for Gabi &amp; Heather to see each other: All the girls had fun, and sounds like they are still awake chatting now (12:30 am). They'll be cranky when I get them up at 6:30 to head out!

I didn't find<br>that out until this morning, because I went to bed right as soon as<br>those filthy, mold-infested air mattresses were blown up and covered<br>with a filthy, mold-infested sleeping bag. I continued to go in and<br>out of sleep. At one point it began raining really hard and Brenda<br>eventually left to go out to the van, while our dad took her place on<br>the mattress. At six in the morning the next day, I woke up. And<br>here's where we begin...

... 9 (465 yard par 5) green into the environmental area. I carded a snowman for the hole but was happy with a 46 for the first nine holes. Like I stated above, Mike and Ross do not play often so they were using a lot of strokes. The marshal had to warn us for slow play by the 6th hole. ... So, we were in bed by 10:00 p.m. That gave us an early start this morning. We were on the road by 8:30 a.m. If we drive straight thru, our ETA would be midnight. However, we will not drive straight thru. With the snow fat home, we will not be able to pull the camper and truck into the driveway. So, we will stop overnight and arrive early afternoon tomorrow. :-)<br>
