The rest of the ride was mostly downhill but by the time we'd made it to Lompoc the bike lights were on and we still had a few miles of tricky traffic negotiation before making it to our campground on the other side of town. The campground was pretty rudimentary but we got set up before the rain set in.       ... the stinger in the belly instead of the butch brown rig and it works for me. Almost all of the 6lber I got in the bay had the top hook deep in the roof of their mouths and there was no way they were coming off. Perfect palamar knot period. Retie very often.
