... day. The rest of the ride was mostly downhill but by the time we'd made it to Lompoc the bike lights were on and we still had a few miles of tricky traffic negotiation before making it to our campground on the other side of town. Drove to Morro Bay about 45 mins from Pismo for a look around. Hungry of course and after checking out TripAdvisor decided on the Gallery Seafood and Bar. Glad we did ! I had the best Seafood Salad ever. The Crab Louie's I've ordered in other places are put to shame. This was a masterpiece of prawns, Maine lobster, and crab...hardly any lettuce. Beautifully presented with garnishes of tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, and paper thin slices of raw yellow beets ...

... br> We were collected from the hotel at 9.00 by Gerald and taken to his place for coffee and Danish! Once again, very tasty. He then took us to his storage space where he keeps his RV and his many cars. Quite a collection including a Morris Traveller in absolutely perfect condition. At least Stanley had a family member to keep him company these past few months!
Spent a bit of time sorting Stanley out, fitting the new seat belts, ...
