Last night in Canada!
I'm all packed up and ready to go. Care is making some last minute adjustments to her clothing selection and we are ready. Nerves are kicking in but so is the excitement! There's No Place Like Home
... after our apparently no frills, no food Continental flight, and ready to head out (at 2 AM) to the closest McDonald's drive thru! A big thank you here to our wonderful cat/house sitter Mary, for not only caring lovingly for our Maggie, but also, for laying in bbq chicken, bread, salad, and cold wine, awaiting our return - you are truly the BEST!!!!!

Musings from South America
... Uruguay and Bolivia were old skeleton type keys. As we moved north from there, they looked like our keys here.
It was interesting to see the key shops with rows of skeleton keys, where here, you might be hard pressed to find one of these keys.
Men and women, tourists and locals, wore jeans in every type of weather, even the extreme heat and humidity.
