... when Uncle Sardis died. It was lived in by members of the Hayes family until taken over by a Foundation in 1965. They still run it today. The many trees on the grounds are beautiful and then as you near Hayes' grave, you see beautiful blue/purple flowers everywhere. They are Siberian Squill (I had to ask). It's Normal, Illinois where Shawn lives--not actually Bloomington. And that's why when we were walking down the street with him and happened on a t-shirt shop we absolutely HAD to stop and buy this FAR FROM NORMAL t-shirt.
Now it's my favorite.
