    Sequim is also known for its lavender farms. Judy and I visited Purple Haze Lavendar Farm. The harvest was over and what was left would be used in the lavender distillation process to turn lavender into oil. There are as many products as you can imagine using this plant including lavendar chocolate, which was a unique flavor.
