... night and talked us out of our trip to Tubac and Nogales today. Up early and over to the big swap meet in Mesa where we did quit well and supported the community!! Back home, with a detour to buy 2 pizza and a salad. We invited Red for dinner and he had invited Don L to his house for dinner so they both came here to eat. Really a fun time, laughing, talking and eating! And we still have enough Pizza for another meal for the two of us. Started a 1500 piece jigsaw ...

Ended 3rd leg of our cross country trip

We ended the 3rd leg of our cross country trip today. We plan to leave our trailer at Val Vista Village RV Resort in Mesa, AZ until June, 2012.

The 4th leg of our cross country trip will begin in June, 2012. We booked a 60 day caravan trip to Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. We also plan to visit Victoria, Canada and Olympia and North Cascades National Parks in Washington.

Thankfully my passport arrived on Wednesday. Talk about cutting it fine, just 5 days before departure! I wasn’t that concerned, which in an of itself is perhaps a concern, but I have it now which is good.

So we depart Monday June 27th on a 6AM flight. Yuk, to 6AM! So it all about last moment packing now. Discarding what’s you need to make the measly 50lb weight limit to the checked bag. Oh the days when you were allowed 2 bags, ...

... Opry’ http://www.azopry.com/ and at 5:30 they let us in the door. I had been able to get front row table seats! Great place to be. Tonight is chicken meal- Chicken on odd dates and Beef on even dates-and was good, but not excellent, but the dinner AND an excellent show for $30 each is unbelievable. Phil could not believer that is all I paid for the evening-which is his late Birthday gift from me! And we did enjoy the entire show-he wants to go again in May when he hopes ...
