Yay! We were like birds in the forest!
... kept thinking something was wrong- why do I smell antifreeze? The cliffs we were on were hundreds of feet up in some areas, over looking the surf. Gorgeous! Then we arrived at Big Sur, and hiked up to pfeffiers falls, a 90 foot waterfall, and it was beautiful. the hike up there was rough, but so worth it! There was even a sign warning of mountain lions! We got lucky and only saw butterflies! today was a beautiful day!

Thru the Panama Canal
... year we have traveled on the Small Ship Class (Explorer Class) at Princess. With this cruise we will be moving up to the Sun Class of Ships. This will be interesting going back to a larger class of ships. The Sea Princess was dry docked and refurbished last year in San Francisco. So we are looking forward to a fresh beautiful ship to takes us to Ft. Lauderdale.

Final Thoughts
... can't really put into words why it affected me so greatly, but there is definitely something almost other worldly about it. Even though there were sites like Stonehenge that we visited, none of them compared. And even though it was crowded, it was almost like everyone's voices were carried away on the winds that swept through the place.
Some of my other favorite moments were when we spent time with Andrew and Michelle. It was nice to slow down a bit. And I absolutely loved ...
