... rijden naar Ambassador Inn. Volgens tripadvisor een goed hotel. Als we aankomen laat de meneer ons eerst de kamer zien. Ziet er aardig uit met een hottub. Als we terug lopen vraag ik of we die mogen gebruiken en dan krijgen we een andere kamer met een jacuzzi. We bekijken hem en vinden hem matig en twijfelachtig schoon. We blijven en gebruiken de jacuzzi niet. We nemen nog een noodlesoep en doen nog wat op de laptops. Dan gaan we slapen en morgen weer vroeg op om naar San Francisco te ...

We slept. We drove. We ate. We watched tv. Basically we did nothing you could be interested in, but days like this just gotta be enjoyed sometimes... And when a room is only slightly dirty, but even has a sofa, that is reason enough to open our bottle of Paradise Ridge Zinfandel of the Hoenselaars Vineyard in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma County.
