A young affluent population is developing around these industries. We spotted the floating home used in the movie 'Sleepless in Seattle' and buildings where the television programmes 'Frasier' and 'Greys Anatomy’ were filmed.

... agenda was Pike Place Market, famous for the fishmongers who throw their fish back and forth to each other and to their customers! I was hesitant at first to part with the 300reals to do the hang gliding
but in the end I am glad I did. It was quite an experience and well
worth the money. Standing under the Corcovado Christ Statue and looking
out over Rio was also a sight that everyone should see. The sugarloaf
cable car ride was nice but if you can only do one, it is a distant
second to the view from high atop Corcovado.
