Spring has sprung in Denton. The trees are leafing up, roses are blooming and wildfowers and birds are everywhere. I walked into Denton this morning, about 2.6km. On the way I found a little piece of Tibet. It is a yoga place so I will be going back there for at least one class, just for the atmosphere. I didn't stop to get another chilli coffee as the café was crowded, so that will be on the list for Monday and Tuesday.... Along the way I happened on 'Sleeping ...

And the shops; there is a dress shop called La De Da where I could buy every dress!!! How unusual. Its sister shop next ...

I am not obsessed with trying to recapture my youth on live for eternity, it just seems like every year and every month is lived and chronicled as history quicker and quicker when I pause to reflect on where I'm at and where I have been. However, with my upcoming trip to Peru and Bolivia; I can't spin the hands of the clock fast ...

Just a quick note to let you all know I have arrived home without much incident.
Security was the tightest I've ever seen it, and I can't help but wonder what that was all about.

I have to get my syllabi done for classes tomorrow, and then I'll come back and update, edit, and upload some pictures.

Thanks for reading. It's nice to have an "audience" back home and elsewhere as well!

    ... you leave the ground.

And I’m so grateful I wasn’t in coach during the ordeal. My legs are too long for coach. I’m sure it was miserable back there.

But it wasn’t so great in business class either. There was no first class on this plane (Boeing 767), so it’s not that we were being snubbed for those more worthy. The flight attendants (for whom I usually have the utmost admiration and support) did ...
